"Cafe de Paris is an authentic French restaurant. The chefs are French from Paris, France; the atmosphere of the restaurant is a Parisian bistro; the cuisine is authentic French food. Also, we have a program for high school French teachers and their students who have lunch at Cafe de Paris which gives them the opportunity to test their French communications skills with the chefs who speak French fluently."
