Fitness - Forever Fit
This 60 minute class is geared to the specific needs of individuals 65 years of age and older. Instructor, Kristie Abt, PhD, Health Fitness Specialist's class will guide participants as they improve upon cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, balance, agility, coordination, reaction time and flexibility through a circuit style exercise class set to music.
