Free Introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Feb. 10
This free class is a great way to find out what mindfulness is and how it can reduce stress and anxiety in daily life. The class includes lecture, discussion, experiential mindfulness practices, and a video program about Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, the founder of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR).
