Funk saxophonist Otoe is well-known in her native Japan, and is gaining recognition internationally, most recently for her album “Crystal Rose.â€* She comes to the Jazzschool leading a group featuring drummer Scott Latham, once a fixture in the Bay Area jazz scene.
