Berkeley Playhouse presents Guys and Dolls. This oddball romantic comedy finds gambler Nathan Detroit desperate for money to pay for his floating crap game. To seed his opportunity, he bets Sky Masterson a thousand dollars that Sky will not be able to make the next girl he sees, Save a Soul Mission do-gooder Sarah Brown, fall in love with him. While Sky is eventually able to convince Sarah to be his girl, Nathan fights his own battles with Adelaide, his fiancé of 14 years. Jon Tracy directs.
