VOLO is downtown Bend's finest new restaurant and bar located in the new 919Bond Street Building in beautiful Bend, Oregon. It was designed by Zack / de Vito of San Francisco, and offers contemporary New American cuisine with approachable dishes and high-touch twists. Our kitchen will surprise you with its New American cuisine served with attention to detail and friendly and knowledgeable servers. We focus on traditional items using local organic ingredients produced by using sustainable farming practices, producing fantastic and elegant plates that are a pleasure to look and a rare experience to eat.
