Cooking from the Kitchen Bookshelf: Japanese Farm Food
Join us as we explore seasonal Japanese food from the new cookbook, Japanese Farm Food by Nancy Singleton Hachisu. Chef Jesse will demonstrate recipes such as broccoli with tofu and yuzu, simmered chicken and miso meatballs, fried eggplant halves with sweet miso, and foil-wrapped broiled salmon with butter. An $8 sake option is payable at class. Registration required.
