Deception Pass: An American Story

Western Washington University Department of Theatre and Dance presents “Deception Pass: An American Story,” written by WWU Theatre adjunct faculty Kamarie Chapman and directed by WWU Theatre associate professor Deb Currier.

Set on the Deception Pass bridge, the play investigates whether the wrongs of our ancestors can be righted by our actions now and what is the most important part of “home.” The performance at Western will mark the Washington debut of this award-winning play.
