Simply Yoga: A "Holiday De-stressor"
Continue your yoga practice into the holiday season. This short course will include specific postures and techniques geared toward reducing stress and is designed for students who have taken beginning level yoga classes or have taken at least one 8-week session of Simply Yoga. Bring one or two blankets; yoga mats will be provided. Class is held at the YWCA on the corner of N. Forest and Maple. Registration required.
