This class will review and build on the essential Pilates movements from our beginning classes, incorporating more exercises to strengthen your core, challenge your balance, and tone the arms, legs, and glutes. Bring a thick Pilates mat, medium Pilates ball, small towel, and water bottle. Registration required.
