This biennial celebration of Chinese culture will highlight the Chinese musical tradition just in time for Chinese New Year. The performance is an invitation to the community to enjoy the diverse array of Chinese music, from instrumental to operatic, from rural to ceremonial. The performance will feature genres including Chinese symphony, traditional Peking opera and modern Chinese vocal, performed by Whatcom Symphony Orchestra, Weatern Washington University 160 member choir and Whatcom Community… Show more
