International Ballet Theatre returns to the Meydenbauer Theatre for one weekend only with their live performance of "Chipollino"!
Chipollino is the young son of a popular family of onions. His story takes place in the little town of Limonia where flowers, vegetables and fruits happily live together sharing the sunlight, the rain, and the air. Unfortunately, they also share their lives under the rule of a tyrant known as Prince Lemon. Through music and dance, "Chipollino" not only tells the story… Show more of a classic fairy tale, but shares a much more profound statement about community and compassion under difficult circumstances.
