This class is for beginners or experienced students who want a gentle, more slower and relaxing practice. We will combine relaxation techniques, proper breathing, gentle stretches and meditation. People with injuries, health problems, or other issues that limit mobility or cause pain can also participate. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat or blanket. Instructor: Steve Chappell. Register in advance by the Friday before each session to receive pro-rated discount.
