Start your day off with breakfast (served Monday through Saturday until noon.) The portions are large and the prices are fair. Favorites of the house include down home omelettes, skillets, hometown favorites, pancakes and waffles (try the Pecan Pancakes or their own Chocolate Chip Pancakes). Homemade dishes are Idle Hour's specialty and their number one priority is to provide the best food and service in town. Their lunch menu showcases one of the area's largest selection of sandwiches, wraps, burgers and dogs. Dinner is also a big event at Idle Hour Bar and Grill; they are serving up a selection of all your homemade favorites from grilled steaks or chicken breast to shrimp and ribs (made with their own house special recipe.) Pizzas, Mexican entrees, soups and salads are also available. Idle Hour Bar and Grill is open seven days a week for your dining and drinking enjoyment.
