Aio Restaurant serves the most authentic mediterranean dishes and Sardinian specialities. Fresh fish and local meats on the chargrill. Some of the trademark dishes are the chargrilled fresh calamari and the fish skewers, large rib of beef to share and Fresh pastas made in the premises. Also Aio is the only restaurant where you can find the Sardinian fregola cooked with seafood or with roasted vegetables,pecorino and goat cheese.
Aio is also open for coffee, drinks and snacks throughout the day and cocktails until late.
