Inner Harbor Art Festival (Baltimore, Md)

Nestled on the Waterfront in downtown Baltimore along the Inner Harbor is the Power Plant area. We will be setting up on the Inner Harbor between the famous National Aquarium in Baltimore and E. Pratt Street. In the summer time this area attracts major traffic from both affluent visitors and residents alike.
