T'ai Chi can benefit you, it helps with strengthening, flexibility, and will greatly boost your immune system. Studies show that T'ai Chi is a joint safe exercise and mental strength for people all ages to improve mobility, breathing, and relaxation. (Supported by the Arthritis Foundation.)
Classes are taught by Tony Grimaldi of New Moon Tai Chi. Duration: 6 weeks / Ages: 18+
