Caterers of Distinction headed by Executive Chef, Karlton Harris, a culinary graduate with over 20 years of experience in some of the most prestigious private clubs in New York, like the Harvard Club, University Club and Society of Illustrators.Chef Karlton brings to the table an eclectic cuisine, from homemade Cornbread to uptown Caviar. Our staff extends from working relationships through out Chef Karltons' career with a standard of professionalism.Cornbread & Caviar will cater from a candle light dinner for two, to a corporate event for two thousand.
