12 Steps to a Compassionate Life

The program is based on the Reading Group Guide for the celebrated book of the same name by world-famous comparative religion writer Karen Armstrong.
Her "wish to change the world" grows from her finding compassion in all the world's great religions. Her book, and this program, invite you to foster compassion in your life through study and practice.
The first four of 12 sessions are scheduled during the Spring semester (February through May) of 2012. Participants may optionally choose to continue… Show more with 4 additional steps during Summer 2012, and may choose to participate in the final four steps in Fall 2012.
