Welcome to traMonti. Established in December of 1991, and located in the Charter Hotel in the heart of Beaver Creek Resort, traMonti is the Vail Valley's premier Italian restaurant.
Specializing in rustic Northern Italian cusine, traMonti has recieved critical acclaim from Zaggat Guide, Conde Naste Traveler, Wine Spectator, American Airlines Magazine, Denver Post and other publications.
traMonti offers authentic, hand crafted pastas and breads, housemade cheese and sausage, tender dry-aged beef and veal specialities such as veal scaloppine and osso bucco.
Our wine list has received The Wine Spectators Award of Excellence for over ten years. traMonti offers 300 selections of bottled wine from Italy, California, Oregon, Washington, Australia, France and Germany, plus over 25 wines are poured by the glass.
Both the intimate, cozy dinning room and the lively, wood burning fireplace lounge offer knowledgable, personal service with stunning views of the Beaver Creek slope.
