David Archuleta was a seventh season runner-up on the popular "American Idol" television show, where he first captivated audiences and later went on to release a critically-acclaimed self-titled debut album that sold more than 700,000 copies. The Murray, Utah native soared to #2 on the Billboard charts, buoyed by his smash single, "Crush."
