The Gumbo's Steak & Seafood in the Shops at the Galleria has brand new ownership, we had vastly better service than the last time we went. I had the blackened salmon "Robert" style, and my husband had the blackened shrimp with dirty rice. Both were absolutely perfect, blew our socks off. The server a on top of things, the bartender made a great martini, they have local beer on tap and they do happy hour Sunday through Friday 3pm-7pm. We will definitely be back again and again.
