Handstands 101 with Tracey Silverman
In this 4-week series at Castle Hill Fitness, we will explore techniques, strength-building exercises, and progressions for handstands. Whether you have never gone upside down and perhaps are scared to, or have a regular handstand practice and want to take it to the next level, this series will help you build confidence, awareness & strength to invert.
This series is not appropriate for students with high blood pressure, glaucoma, or pregnant women who do not already have a handstand practice.
