Working with the kettlebells, Minna will lead you through a circuit workout that combines yoga and calisthenic moves. The end result is a well rounded workout that boasts boosting your strength AND active range of motion!
No previous kettlebell experience needed in this 45 minute workout. If you are strong but lack flexibility, this is for you! If you are flexible but lack strength, this is for you!
