Special Tap: Birra del Borgo My Antonia
In 2009 Dogfish Head's Sam Calagione took a trip to his ancestral homeland and brewed a collaboration brew with Leonardo di Vencenzo of Birra del Borgo. The beer uses Dogfish Head's famous continual hopping technique, with both American and European hops, and a pilsner yeast strain. This is the first time we've seen the Italian version of this beer in Texas.
