Holiday HIIT Boot Camp with Minna
Before the day gets too busy join Minna for a new twice a week high intensity interval training boot camp. We will work your entire body and keep your metabolism up utilizing challenging but sub-maximal exercises that lessen the chance of injuries and keep your body working hard and burning calories for the 45 minute boot camp.
Heavy rope, kettlebells, Primal 7, calisthenics, and kickbox moves will keep you in shape during the toughest time of year.
