Museum Day at the Neill-Cochran House Museum

Sunday, Sep 22, 2013 12:00p to 4:00p

Take a walk through time as you explore this historic location that was constructed in 1855. The house was the first location for the Institute for the Blind, a war time home to a Lieutenant Governor, a Federal Army hospital after the Civil War and a private residence to two prominent families. A variety of historical re-enactors will be onsite to interact with guests as they tour the museum to provide a glimpse into what life was like from the 1860s-1900s. Free ice cream and refreshments.
