Learn exercises that develop muscles that dancers need to become more advanced and avoid injury. This includes working the back, abs, deltoids and quads. Learn the purpose of each exercise and how it will help with your dancing.
First-time visitors to our studio must submit a completed liability waiver. Waivers are available at our studio and on our website.
