Workout 101: Getting started with an exercise program
You're out of shape and it's time to start exercising? Recovering from an injury or illness and looking for a low impact, low intensity workout? Don't know where to begin? Hard to get started, or get started again.
Making a decision is the first step. This class offers a low impact workout with both cardiovascular exercises and muscle strengthening and toning exercises.
Will begin with the basics and work carefully to learn and understand simple workout principles. Great beginner class!
