Swing Dance Lesson
Don't know how to dance ? Start with this dance lesson. East Coast Swing (ECS) is a form of social partner dance. It belongs to the group of swing dances. It is danced under fast swing music, including rock and roll and boogie-woogie. It has alternatively been called Eastern Swing, Jitterbug, Lindy and Triple Swing. Other variants of ECS that use altered footwork forms are known as Single Swing or "Single-step Swing", and Double Swing (using a tap-step footwork pattern). Classes on Fridays.
