Join us in learning effective strategies and simple meditation techniques that will help remove stress and create a sense of peace. William retired from the Army in 1998 and currently directs the Darshan Meditation Camp, a summer camp for children, and assists in managing a meditation retreat center near Washington D.C. William has practiced meditation since 1973.
