Class includes Chi Kung (Essential Exercises from China) - a preparation for Tai Ji. A short form called The Five Elements; and Tai Ji First Circle, Second Circle, and Third Circle.
We practice to various kinds of music, using the music to expand the flow of Chi. Tai Ji is the form we practice to cultivate the Chi. It enhances balance, flexibility, and mind-body centering.
Who Should do the class:
Anyone interested, regardless of Tai Ji experience, is welcome.
