Getting Started in Running
Getting Started is a 10 week run/walk training program designed to help the walker/ light jogger to learn the basics of running and to help avoid the pitfalls of injury while training.
We will meet on Saturday mornings at 7 am. as a group for our runs.
We will cover the A-Z’s of running and you don’t have to do this alone bring a friend or two and we welcome all fitness levels.
