Galloway Austin Year Round Run / Walk Training Program
Austin Galloways quest is for a injury-free run/walk training program and has inspired a new wave of runners who follow the Galloway RUN-WALK-RUN™ method.
Philosophically, we believe that we were all designed to run and walk, and we keep striving to find new ways to bring more people into the positive world of exercise.
The Austin Galloway Year Round Program meets every Sunday morning at 7 am for group workouts. We will cover the A-Z’s of running and we welcome all fitness levels.
