Pilates Resistance Band Workout
Pilates Resistance Band offers the same benefits you would get from a classic Pilates reformer workout. This workout will challenge you, improve your strength, and allow you to reduce tension through stretching. Regular workouts will improve circulation, prevent injury, and advance your overall performance level. All ability levels welcome. Taught by a certified Pilates instructor.
