Mommy & Baby Fit Workout
Making exercise a priority is a challenge for new moms. This 6-week workout will allow you to take care of you while spending quality time with your baby. This unique, 45-minute low impact workout is designed for moms to get back into shape and have fun while bonding with baby. Moms of all fitness levels are welcome, but must be at least 10 weeks postpartum and cleared for exercise. Ideal for moms with babies between the ages of 10 weeks and 10 months.
