Pilates Mat Workout
Working against resistance is essential to the Pilates exercises, which are designed to train the abdomen, lower back, hips and buttocks; the core. By working the core muscles you improve strength and posture and develop a lean, long line in just 45 minutes. Mat exercises are adaptable to any fitness level which makes this a challenging course for anyone. Pilates mats are provided for use during class time. Taught by Certified Pilates Instructor.
