Foam Roller Body Massage & Stretch
6 weeks of deep massage and stretch will leave you wanting more. Using foam rollers provides a self myofascial release which is a type of soft tissue therapy used to reduce soreness and stiffness that limits range of motion. This muscle balancing class will help your body relax, stretch out muscles, and release tension. You will feel the difference in your muscles. Taught by Certified Pilates Instructor. Foam rollers are provided or you may bring your own.
