Experience guided meditation and relaxation, combined with gentle movement. All Rootwork classes are infused with Black Diaspora music and culture. For beginners and experienced meditators alike. Get ready to move and be moved!

What to… Show more wear: Comfortable clothing you can lie down, stand up, and move in.

What to bring: Your ticket from Event Brite. We always have an altar, too. Feel free to bring something meaningful for you.

Note: Doors close at 3 PM to respect the meditative space and time. Please arrive early. No refunds for late arrivals. Ages 12 + welcome! Ages 12-15 must be accompanied by an adult.
