This class includes gentle exercises for strength, flexibility, balance and posture. What makes it unique is its emphasis on discovering the underlying principles of physics that allow movements to be safer, more effective, and more enjoyable. Moving with grace and power is not just for professional athletes and dancers.Students will be able to apply this new understanding to exercises for improved fitness and to their everyday activities.
