Yoga 101 with Kim Schaefer
This 6 week Beginner Series focuses on developing a foundational understanding of yoga postures and will provide a basic explanation of the holistic and healthful reasoning behind the practice of yoga. In this series of classes, students will learn to move with the breath to increase flexibility & strength. Emphasis on safe alignment will assist students in maximizing the physical benefits of each yoga posture.
There is no yoga experience necessary & suitable for those who have minor injuries.
