Tuesday Night Yoga

Sumukhi and Kristin lead a dynamic exploration into the 8-limbs of Yoga as described by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras. The 8 limbs, when practiced, are meant to ground the body, mind and spirit into lasting freedom and happiness and include movement (asana. qi-gong or Hatha Yoga), breathwork (pranayama), meditation (dhyana) and Sanskrit (chanting of mantras and/or Sutras).
