Yoga for the Chakras with Anna Gieselman
A WORKSHOP SERIES TO LEARN + BALANCE YOUR BODY'S CHAKRAS In this all level series we will learn about the tantric system of the chakras and explore the effect that a balanced energetic flow has on the physical, emotional and, spiritual body. Each class in this 7 week series will focus on one of the 7 main chakras starting from the bottom up.
It is recommended that students commit to the full series but classes can be taken individually.
