Pilates Resistance Band Workout

This is such a great workout. It offers the same benefits you would get from a classic Pilates reformer workout. Resistance bands (Thera-bands®) are utilized to create exercises that stabilize your core and strengthen your body. Each week you will work out with Thera-bands®that offer the same three band resistance weights used on the Pilates reformer. This workout will challenge you, improve your strength, and allow you to reduce tension through stretching.
