Youth Speed Camp for BEGINNER Athletes
THIS SPEED CAMP IS DESIGNED FOR THE BEGINNER ATHLETE. Beginner meaning the athlete has little strength training experience, poor running mechanics, and needs to unlock his/her speed potential. We’re looking for athletes who have a passion for a sport that values speed!
