Pilates Cardio Workout
Pilates Cardio leads participants through Pilates exercises using weights, balls, and other Pilates props to get a cardio-intensive workout. Using the Pilates method, this workshop focuses on core stability, posture, and lengthening and strengthening muscles, with an intense cardio portion that will get your heart rate up and increase your blood circulation. An intense workout that just takes 40 minutes! Taught by certified Pilates & Fitness Instructor.
