This muscle balancing class will help your body relax, stretching out muscles, and releasing tension. You will feel the difference in your muscles. An excellent class for all ranges of physical ability. Whether you are rehabilitating after an injuring, stretching after an intensive workout, or just love how you feel after a good stretch and massage, this class is for you. Taught by Certified Pilates Instructor. Foam rollers are provided or you may bring your own.
