Mommy & Baby Fit Workout
Making exercise a priority is a challenge for new moms. This 45-minute low impact workout proivdes unique core and strength training exercises to target the major muscle groups all while holding and lifting your little one. Moms of all fitness levels are welcome, must be at least 10 weeks postpartum. Best for babies between the ages of 10 weeks and 10 months. Taught by new mom and Certified Pilates & fitness instructor.
