"O. Henry: Original Slacker," the new multimedia exhibit at the O. Henry Museum, celebrates the 150th birthday of O. Henry, the short story writer who cut his teeth in Austin. The exhibit frames O. Henry as one of Austin's original slackers, using Richard Linklater's film "Slacker" as a reference point, and challenges visitors to reconsider the negative connotations associated with a slacker.
