Founded in 1952, this is the first modern Chinese orchestra in China and is renowned for its harmonious collaboration among its members and outstanding mastering of all types of works, including original compositions. Chamber Ensemble of the Shanghai Chinese Orchestra is under the direction of Wang Fujian.
